Hey guys I know I don't post much.Hope everyone is doing good.Anyway I work third shift and am now off work for 3 days and I am losing my mind with the trade deadline being about 8 hours away.So I figured if anyone hears anything breaking today or good rumors that I could start this so we would have a universal thread for the day. Also if anyone is in greensboro and wants to watch the game and maybe shoot some pool friday night send me a message. Here's to finding a power forward today.

P.S. Whoever started calling boris,Doris, that is fu%#ing hilarious and I am really disappointed I didn't think of something so obvious first.

When I wake up, I would love to see a
"You have received LaMarcus Aldridge" package in my sock.

Obviously it won't happen, but I like to wish.

Interesting trade. Will be interesting to see part 2 when T-Mac goes to NY, what does SAC get in return.

...and what do they do with all those PFs assuming they get a similar deal that Houston was getting. They'd have Jeffries, Hill, Thompson & Landry.

Brother can you spare a 4?

If we're interested in Gooden, Acie plus anyone from lexy to DJ in salary would work. The trade machine says even given Lexy and Acie (unused by use as it is) our wins are -1 and clippers get +1 wins... odd ball that there trade machine is

With all those 4's maybe Sac would be interested in some backcourt offense.

The deal hammered out Wednesday night would send Martin, Kenny Thomas, Hilton Armstrong and Sergio Rodriguez to the Rockets for McGrady, Sixth Man Award contender Carl Landry, Joey Dorsey and an undisclosed amount of cash.

They're now left with only Evans and Udrih for PGs. :g:

Oh no. Now I will start to get my hopes up again. God, I cant take too much of getting my hopes up only to have them dashed against the rocks. Can our FO actually pull off something to really help us? The clock is ticking.

To fire you up even more...didn't they trade Martin so they could play Evans at SG?

Seriously, with the way Evans can get into the paint DJ would be a perfect pairing with him offensively.

Minny just took Darko from NY. Are people really still considering taking a flyer on this guy?

Why? I don't really see how this makes them that much better. I guess I'm not a big Salmons fan.

Well, without Redd at SG, they were short a weapon. This simply helps them recoup that loss. It does not make them a threat for the Top 4 in the East, but it very much increases their chances to make the Playoffs. It is a scoring threat they did not have 24 hours ago.

I'd settle for Jordan Hill. I'll take anyone. Please, anyone?

Melvin Ely, for Christ's sake. We need a power forward like Boris Diaw needs cake...

Here's a fantasy:

We trade DJ for JT straight up and shave a couple 100k off this year and the next two years' cap. LB then takes AC Law under his wing and develops him into a solid #2 PG making him an actual asset vs trade filler (he was picked like 13th right?).

Never freaking happen.
