roster rebuild moves (assuming jrue holliday is not gettable):
portland: evan turner
charlotte: cody + 2nd
why: cost controls a better back up center to nurkic if he comes back the same, replaces him if not. gives portland's guards an ideal center for their skillset. also lets them move leonard's expiring for something else
miami: james johnson
johnson, josh richardson for batum and #12
why: 1st scenario: cost controls for 2020 and adds toughness basically a marv replacement rolling forward, 2nd scenario: adds guard depth for 3 years and moves batum. saves miami money in 2 years and gives them a facilitator
okc: adams, 1st
char: biz, monk, 12
why: salary relief for okc. they have to do something. also gives them 2 assets plus an expiring to play with. char adds a good center and team enforcer. kemba's first real roll man. if you are looking at these moves altogether it rids the roster of 2 of 4 centers going with adams and frank.
still need a second pg/sg combo. mkg could be used for that.
