Kemba misses a free throw. Marvin goes missing.
Its on repeat. Nothing is going right. Something has to give.

Clifford has to go. Give Silas full reign for rest of the season before making a full coaching decision in the off-season.

Agreed! I really want to see what this team can do with a different coach, before cleaning house. I've said this before, but I think we have some good players on this team. It's one of the most talented we've had in a while.

I'm going to guess FO thought Turner was a project in 2015?

Is it just me, or does Batum make a bad pass in the last few minutes every game?

It's not just you.

That's not quit, just acceptance of the superiority that is Lance Stephenson.

Howard completely quit late in the 4th . Kemba  looks like he is only interested in getting his  tonight. Clifford has lost the team . I am giving up on them . It's time to start playing the two rookies and looking to next year.  So Clifford needs to go and we need to develop our two rookies. Some one in the front office  needs to act like they give a shit .  A  MJ meeting or something

I honestly had the same thought but then wondered if it's not "quit" per se in the normal sense where you just don't think you can climb the mountain again, but the "what the hell is the plan to get out of this?" type.  I am almost slightly surprised that Clifford didn't go with 4 on 5 down the stretch because he couldn't envision a different lineup (and Marvin couldn't walk) ;)  Ok that's just a mean jab.  But it was interesting that we went to JLamb for MKG 5 mins out to swap out shooting for defense...  But why not try the same at the 5, not the 3 - it's not like Dwight was even guarding Turner, we left that to Marvin?  If we had won tonight, like in MIA, it would have been by the sheer grit of our team, not due to any strokes of genius in coaching unfortunately.

Here comes McRoberts, the throw to Walker, it's in the aaaaaiiiiirrrr, YESSSSS! Bobcats win it! My my my, Kemba Walker. Steve Martin - Toronto 12/18/2013

Hard to persevere without team leader Mangok Mathiang to rally behind.

True, "quit" is rough I will push more toward defeated. Everybody just looked defeated around the 5-6 min mark. A new voice may not change that but at this point you can't sit on your hands. I responded to Buckets they wouldn't do it but if the Hawks game is a disaster something has to give you would think.

I think defeated is very apt.

If there is a change I think you would see it Friday or Saturday before they hit the road again or at the All Star Break. If it dont happen then, it doesnt make sense to do it after the break.

This is what bothers me and I know I sound like a broken record but it goes back to putting guys in a position to fail. You need more than three guys to play well, I think we all agree. So how about not putting in five bench guys at a time? We didn't defend Turner well most would agree, so why is Dwight in there if you are going to keep our longest player on the roster at the rim when their longest player is shooting set threes? Why are we running sets to get MCW open for three, goodness knows I love the guy but why not use him as the one in, not part of the faux five out? There might be great reasons for all of this and I know I have less basketball knowledge than Clifford loses in a regular BM but this stuff visually is so discordant for me.
