Celtic Game, first quarter:

  • Lamb looking like a player so far.
  • I love MKG, but I have a lot of questions about how he works in this offense.
  • I really like Zeller's game.

Lots and Lots and Lots of threes... Not many going down, but it's fun to see them shooting so many of them.

DNB, I agree with you. MKG may not fit into this offense.

I think Parker will definitely be a bigger asset to the team during practice rather than games. That being said, this is the first preseason game. I don't expect for him to be a stud.

Can't go all year with 4 centers. Right?

I'm definitely expecting Graham to replace him. Looked very poised so far.

I was actually coming here to post that he moves quicker than I thought he would.

At his age I’m still betting he’ll be injured and we’ll be looking for another PG on the free agent market at some point.

Does the offense look very different? I’m at work right now

Yeah, they're gunning. It's all passing around, cutting, attacking. No inside/out game.

I'm feeling good overall about it, but we need to prepare ourselves for a team like the Celtics to drop 150 on us at some point because of pace.

The biggest change I’ve seen so far is that the man who gets the defensive rebound starts the break immediately. No waiting for the PG to come get the ball.

Also looks like a 5 out offense for the most part - like we saw in summer league.

Anyone except the 5 can get a defensive board and push it up the court.

Also, Cody for 3. That's a change.

Yes his third quarter stint was much better than his first
