As an aside, I have mentioned how I became a Hornets fan on this site a few times (moved to Charleston in 2009, started watching the Bobcats, fell in love with the lovable losers).

I am looking for a book about the early years of the Hornets.  LJ, Zo', Mugsy, Curry etc etc.  This 30 year Hornet anniversary has me interested in Hornet History.

Any recommendations?

I'm 36 and spent the first 28 years of my life in Arkansas, cheering for the Sonics because I liked Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton.

Rick Bonnell did this one about the 1992-1993 season, probably is a good start.

I get the favor but not the over/under.  That seems pretty low for the current state of pace.

Tony out brings up the first conundrum of the year, does Vonte get some burn augmented by Monk and Nic to offload or does he go full Clifford and say Monk is our backup PG?  I was wondering if Tony was going full thrusters last night knowing he had tonight off - he was absolutely on fire with afterburners and some nitrous on the side; t'was cool to watch.

Really hope we go heavy doses of Marvin or even MKG at the 5 and Miles at the 4.  We need to bring mondo energy by the tail end of the 1st quarter on.

Let's gooooooooo!

Here comes McRoberts, the throw to Walker, it's in the aaaaaiiiiirrrr, YESSSSS! Bobcats win it! My my my, Kemba Walker. Steve Martin - Toronto 12/18/2013

Nice three and welcome to the NBA, Devonte. All these Biyombo errors are putting us in a hole.

How can Embiid push Cody over and have Cody called for the foul and have Cody barely touch Embiid and knock him over?

No matter how this ends, this is a great effort on a back to back, especially defensively.
