It’s gotta be Boston if you’re gonna pull for another team why not pull for the greatest player in franchise history

As much as it should have disgusted me to vote for the team that originally took our Hornets, I voted New Orleans.

I personally voted Milwaukee. If choosing for the entire board I’d pick NOP or Boston.

I'm going NO. Can't do Boston, ever. Sorry Kemba.

There's something weird but nice about choosing NO. It's not their fault they were relocated from here. And while we have that connection, the one we would want to see now is another small market team on the path toward a successful future. So while we wait for the Hornets to show some life we can root for a team that's showing some from a similar situation.

NO has a good GM now so there’s reason for optimism. Having just drafted Zion and Jaxson Hayes kinda helps too. I don’t think I can do a hard sign onto the Celtics, tho I’ll follow.

I went Boston. I only hope it is an Eastern or Central Time zone team. Both mil and nop have excellent broadcast teams too.

Holding out hope that Mike sells.

Are yall crazy?

Fuck Boston and fuck New Orleans

No chance I could root for the team who stole the best player in franchise history

And there's no chance I could root for the team who stole the whole franchise

No way

SWedd,

I pretty much felt the same way as you until this off-season.

But, after this off-season, I'm willing to root for just about any team that is going to give me entertaining basketball.

That's true.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the Hawks and the Clippers this season.

- The Clippers because I've always been a big Kawhi fan (dream for a minute about a Kemba/Kawhi draft instead of a Kemba/Biyombo draft)

- The Hawks because they are going about a rebuild the right way and are flush with young talent... And I'm endlessly entertained by undersized PGs shamelessly gunning from 35 feet.

I'm not sure I have a specific team that I'm looking forward to watching the most, but I will say the league should be much fresher this year.

Can guarantee this Hornets team will be interesting. Miles and PJ are really good athletes, so we’ll get plenty of crazy dunks. It will be interesting to which of the “avengers” step up. Seeing if Rozier is all he claims to be, MKG year 8 can be can he make something of himself. Will Billy take the next step on the defensive end? Will Monk become a consistent scorer?

Plenty of narratives to follow
