So I always liked the purples...but why do they keep making the stripes so damn wide?  Subtle striping looked cool.

Now they're going for the 90s striped polo style

I'm with you QC.   It's a nice enough jersey, but it still feels more like a cartoon version of the originals instead of a throwback.

Agreed x100 on the stripe issue. All in all, these jerseys are the only good thing to come from this infamous off season of doom and desolation.

I’ve definitely been wondering the same thing about the pin stripes. I honestly don’t like the throwbacks bc of that. Not sure why they keep doing that. They just look kind of generic to me. It’s almost like they want to MAKE SURE people see the pin stripes or something.

speaking of throwbacks, I was a huge fan of the coogie style jerseys that brooklyn wore last year. the matching sleeves are tight.

When they design jerseys, I wish they would consult with fans for feedback because I feel that most Hornets fans would have said, "what's up with the big stripes?"

Sometimes it feels like a small group of designers overthink it and make their decisions based off of groupthink. Or I could be completely wrong. Don't get me wrong, I still very much love these new throw back unis, but I'm with all of you guys. One of the first things I thought to myself when I saw them was "why are the stripes so big".
