Cody has been quietly filling a big role of energetic stopper later in games. It’s just as important to stop the other team’s momentum as it is to build your own. I wouldn’t discount his contributions.

I didn’t... I said I appreciate his hustle and all that. I just think
Monk brings us a bit more. However, I do think MKG would give us more valuable minutes than Martin, but that’s neither here or there. I’m glad JB put Monk in for Martin with a few minutes left in the game... it worked out well.

It's interesting to view this through another's eyes. I have the answer for him, it's Casey, he's always making WTF decisions this time of year with his teams. It will improve by Feb/March. Question will be if it matters

Here comes McRoberts, the throw to Walker, it's in the aaaaaiiiiirrrr, YESSSSS! Bobcats win it! My my my, Kemba Walker. Steve Martin - Toronto 12/18/2013

Detroit’s vets were very much checked-out.

Personally I think it is Jackson and Drummond. They are life suckers in terms of playing basketball with. Blake will come alive when Drummond isn't consuming all the space on the floor. If I was detroit, Drummond would be traded by lunchtime the day all the new contracts become eligible to trade.

Jackson maybe at the deadline, but more likely just left to expire. If they don't want to rebuild, I would consider a cp3 trade if okc wants to give up some of those picks.

Holding out hope that Mike sells.
